1. Upfront Formula & Guaranteed Base
Every order offer presented to a delivery partner displays the guaranteed payout before acceptance. The baseline rate is ₹25 base pay + ₹7 per kilometer across all travel legs, with an additional +₹12 batch bonus for each co-delivered order.
2. 100% Direct Customer Tips
One hundred percent of customer gratuities pass directly to the delivery partner with zero platform processing fees or tax withholding deductions.
3. Unpenalized Declines
Delivery partners are independent contractors. Declining an offer or letting the dispatch ring expire never impacts account health, star rating, or future order allocation.
