FullPlate collects only the operational data strictly necessary to fulfill delivery orders and settle accounts with restaurant kitchens and delivery partners. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party advertisers or behavioral tracking brokers.
2. Consensual Kitchen Data Sharing
In alignment with our Fair Kitchen charter, if a customer explicitly opts in, partner kitchens receive only the customer's first name and repeat order count to foster genuine hospitality. Customer phone numbers and addresses are masked and never exposed.
3. Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act Rights
In compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you retain enforceable statutory rights over your personal information:
• Right to Access: You may request a complete summary of personal data processed by FullPlate.
• Right to Correction and Erasure: You may request immediate correction of inaccurate details or complete deletion of your account record.
• Right of Grievance Redressal: You have direct access to our appointed Grievance Officer for privacy dispute escalation.
