Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Instant Micro-Refunds (Under ₹150)

If any item in your order is missing, damaged, or spilled and the affected item value is ₹150 or less, tapping 'Something missing?' on your order detail screen issues an instant, automated refund to your source payment method without requiring photographic submission or customer support agent intervention. We trust our eaters.

2. Grace Period Cancellation

Customers enjoy a 60-second free cancellation window immediately following order placement, before the restaurant kitchen has accepted and fired the order chits.

3. Kitchen Rejection & Payment Reversal

If a kitchen is unable to accept an order within its designated countdown ring, or if a payment experiences temporary UPI banking gateway timeout, funds are reversed automatically to your bank within 15 minutes.
